If there are technical issues on our end that prevent the successful use of the studio space. If the studio space is not as described or does not meet reasonable expectations.

4.1 Force Majeure: Max Studios shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, and natural disasters.
