If you cancel the studio booking at least 72 hours in advance.
If there are technical issues on our end that prevent the successful use of the studio space.
If the studio space is not as described or does not meet reasonable expectations.

reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics,
strikes, and natural
